Support and Sales Executive

As a Support & Sales Executive at CareMother by Doto Health, you will play a vital role in redefining women's healthcare through cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions. Your main responsibility will be to conduct outreach activities such as calls and visits to generate new sales opportunities. You will also be tasked with delivering product demos and explaining the value of our devices to healthcare professionals. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients will be a key aspect of your role, including upselling services like AMC and components. In addition to sales and relationship building, you will be responsible for providing customer support for medical devices. This includes attending and resolving customer support calls, providing device training and onboarding to new clients, and offering proactive support while collecting feedback from end-users. Conducting device quality checks and maintaining documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in medical device sales or support. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proactive and self-driven attitude. You should also be willing to travel as required.
