Job Description

As a Support Analyst at GSPANN, you will be responsible for providing advanced Level 3 technical support in SIEM and SharePoint to ensure secure and seamless IT operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering Level 3 (L3) support for complex technical issues related to SIEM and SharePoint, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal business disruption. - Overseeing SIEM solutions by handling monitoring, security event analysis, and incident response to safeguard enterprise IT systems. - Administering SharePoint environments, including user support, troubleshooting, configuration, and ongoing performance optimization. - Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests efficiently in accordance with support protocols. - Applying advanced technical knowledge to identify, analyze, and resolve critical IT challenges. - Keeping support documentation accurate and updated, covering procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions. - Coordinating with IT teams across functions to escalate and resolve high-impact or cross-system issues. - Conducting user training sessions to educate teams on key SIEM and SharePoint features and usage best practices. - Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders using both verbal and written formats to support issue resolution and collaboration. In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - 5-7 years of experience in IT support or a closely related role. - Holding certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent. - Experience using a variety of IT support tools and enterprise systems. - Understanding and application of frameworks like IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or other IT Service Management (ITSM) standards. - Strong working knowledge of SIEM platforms and SharePoint administration. - Demonstrating excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Providing proven L3 technical support for complex infrastructure and application issues. - Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
