Job Description

EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:

Skilled in Solar Modules, wireless systems, RFID, fibre optics, PPC, MODBUS, and PLCC communications.
Proficient in quality control: in-process checks, BoM verification, final inspection / testing of Indian & Chinese Solar PV Modules, and reliability testing.
Conducted vendor evaluations, factory audits, and BoM assessments for PV modules and related products.
Hands-on experience in commissioning utility-scale solar projects, including SCADA / DAS troubleshooting.
Interprets contractual/specification requirements and formulates Quality Assurance Plans and Inspection/Test Plans for electrical packages.
Independently manages quality activities including pre-dispatch inspections and functional checks of heavy electrical items using schematic/GA/logic drawings.
Focused on integrating quality into processes proactively.
Coordinates regularly with suppliers, third-party inspection agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Maintains quality documentation and reporting.
Proficient in IT tools: SharePoint, SAP, MS Office, AutoCAD.
Well-versed in engineering standards: IEC, BS, IS, IEEE.
Strong understanding of electrical test equipment, drawings, complex schemes, and logic diagrams.
Advanced knowledge of AC/DC systems and electrical safety up to 1500VDC and 230KV AC for solar power plants.
