Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Airful Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality management and assurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to interpret complex data and metrics to inform business decisions.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
