1. Qualification BE / Diploma – Mechanical
2. Experience – 10- 12 years in Aerospace precision machining industry
3. Customer specific requirement - Identification, converting into MPP requirement, implementing & effectiveness review.
4. Participation in Contract review, PFMEA & Control plan
5. Handling Customer complaints - Receipt to closure and submission to customer for FAIR parts.
6. Coordinating with customers for Quality department related activities.
7. MIS - Internal, Customer & Supplier MIS report preparation, review, corrective action and presenting to HOD Quality.
8. Flow-down requirements - Identification, listing, review and flow-down internally and to supplier through PO.
9. Source inspection - Coordinating with customer designated source inspection team for inspection activities at facility.
10. Active participation with Quality System department for Customers scheduling Audits, understanding customer Audit requirements, Coordinating with Internal team for Audit requirement Implementation, review of effectiveness and participating in the Audit.
11. Internal Audits - QMS Audit, Process, Product & Layer Audits.
12. Internal Complaints - Release of Quality Alert, daily review of all Quality issues, initiation of immediate CA, release of 8D and its implementation, concession and deviation review.
13. Review of NPD parts specific requirements.
14. Planning, monitoring and execution of FAIR activities.
15. Coordinating with Engineering / Customers for on-time submission of FAIR documents
16. Quality System - Preparation of Quality relegated SOP, Work / Visual instructions, implementation and Control of documents and records.
17. Identification, allocating, new assignment, re-shuffling of jobs with-in NPD department and its
monitoring and timely review to meeting desired requirements.
18. Review of FAIR activities Ensure FAIR parts on time inspection and moved to next process.
19. Review of FAIR documents.
20. Attending customer calls.
21. Ensure on time gauge ordering and gauge available for inspection
22. Ensure inspection formats for all stages are available before part machining.
23. SPC and MSA study
24. Establishment of Sampling plan
25. Continual improvement activities within the department.
26. Familiar with end customer requirements – Safran Group, Honeywell, GE, Boeing, Airbus, Pratt & Whitney, Roles-Royce Etc
