We are hiring a diligent Supply Planning Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of products, particularly with a strong focus on After Market sales. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and optimizing supply chain activities to ensure the timely and efficient availability of products and spare parts for aftermarket demands. This involves forecasting demand, planning inventory levels, and managing order fulfillment processes. You will work closely with sales, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment between supply and demand. Your duties will include monitoring inventory levels, identifying potential supply chain disruptions, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining supply schedules, tracking order status, and ensuring adherence to delivery timelines. Proficiency in supply chain planning software and ERP systems is highly valued. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to optimize our aftermarket supply chain and enhance customer satisfaction.
