Supply Growth Acquisition Manager

As a Business Development Associate at the company, your role will involve driving regional supply growth through strategic acquisitions and partnerships to enhance the company's portfolio. You will work closely with the founders, internal team, and external partners to spearhead the acquisition process from property identification to integration. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and partnering with homes and hosts that align with the vision and standards of Alt Homes. - Identifying emerging markets and monitoring competitors to inform the company's location strategy. - Continuously seeking acquisition and integration opportunities through extensive market research. - Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, developers, and stakeholders. - Negotiating contracts and effectively managing the property onboarding process. - Collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth integration of new homes and efficient grievance management. - Managing lead documentation and data for seamless tracking of conversions. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in partner acquisition/business development with a focus on the hospitality industry. - Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS Excel. - Street smart with a professional appearance and presentation. - Ability to create revenue projections, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with key stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills for data analysis and trend identification. - Capability to work under tight deadlines with a problem-solving approach and persistent attitude.
