Role Overview

Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including inventory tracking, warehousing, order processing, and last-mile delivery
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs (order fulfillment, TAT, shrinkage, etc.)
• Handle packaging and returns efficiently while maintaining high product hygiene and quality standards
• Identify process gaps and work on continuous improvements across supply and logistics workflows
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in handling products

Requirements

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
• 13 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, health tech, or FMCG supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and 3PL coordination
• Experience with tools like Excel, ERP systems, or warehouse management software
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, process-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
