* ERP & Data Analysis
* Monitor dashboards (Purchase, Sales, Stock Aging, Vendor Analysis).
* Track purchase and sales data, pending orders, and optimize decision-making.
* Procurement & Inventory Management:
* Review technical specifications for raw materials and components.
* Manage obsolete/slow-moving stock and ensure timely purchase orders.
* Coordinate stock liquidation before new procurement.
* Vendor & Supplier Performance.
* Evaluate vendor cost, quality, and delivery.
* Resolve vendor-related issues promptly.
* Production & Dispatch Coordination:
* Support production planning and BOM/RPO management.
* Oversee dispatch activities and MIS reporting.
* Drive improvements to meet plant KPIs.
*good knowledge of led lighting part.
* Imports & Exports Logistics
* Manage clearing and forwarding, import costing, L/C documentation and customs clearance.
* Verify and process freight forwarder invoices for payment.
