Supply Chain Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. *Warehousing Strategy & Optimisation*

  * Create and implement a warehousing roadmap including central vs. satellite models.

  * Rationalise warehouse footprint, aligning production, inbound planning, and FG storage.

  * Implement packaging guidelines to optimise space, reduce damages, and improve TAT.

  * Enhance inventory visibility and enable liquidation events to recover tied-up cash.

2. *Operations & Performance Management*

  * Implement daily/weekly performance dashboards for inventory turnover, RTV%, TAT, and utilisation.

  * Standardise SOPs for inbound, storage, dispatch, and RTV across warehouses & 3PL partners.

  * Optimise D2C and marketplace fulfilment to reduce cost per order and improve SLA adherence.

3. *Logistics Management*

  * Lead rate negotiations and manage SLAs with courier, line-haul, and last-mile partners.

  * Implement quarterly freight cost reviews and drive logistics cost minimisation.

  * Evaluate and implement tech-enabled route planning and load optimisation.

4. *People & Partner Management*

  * Upgrade skillsets of the warehouse team, instilling P\&L ownership and accountability.

  * Manage and collaborate with external partners (3PL, vendors, suppliers) effectively.

5. *Financial Ownership*

* Deliver annual warehousing & logistics budget.

* Drive cost-per-unit handled down by at least 10–15% annually.

* Track, report, and act on variances between budget and actual costs.
