Supply Chain Lead - Cell & Module

As the Supply Chain Manager at Jindal Renewables, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the project and business objectives. You will be in charge of ensuring cost savings, sustainability, and operational excellence are at the forefront of all supply chain activities. Your role will involve overseeing procurement and vendor management processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management. It will be essential to ensure quality and cost-efficiency in sourcing materials for solar, wind, and green hydrogen projects. You will also be responsible for managing inventory and logistics operations, guaranteeing the timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment to project sites across India. Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, including market fluctuations and geopolitical issues, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards will be crucial aspects of your role. In addition, you will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain productivity, streamline workflows, and integrate digital tools and technology. Embedding sustainable practices throughout the supply chain to support environmental goals and adherence to ESG standards will be another key focus area. Financial management will also be a part of your responsibilities, as you develop and manage supply chain budgets, monitor costs, and identify savings opportunities while maintaining service quality. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in team development by leading, mentoring, and building a high-performing supply chain management team that fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.,
