Process Safety Implementation: Develop and implement Process Safety Management (PSM) standards across all plants. Conduct HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, QRA, and Area Classification studies, ensuring compliance with OSHA and internal safety protocols. Track and report leading and lagging indicators to reduce incident rates by 20% year-over-year. Innovative Engineering Projects: Lead OTO basic and detailed engineering for new projects, ensuring integration of safety, sustainability, and performance criteria.
