Supply Chain Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Supply Assurance:

  Plan and carry out the daily dispatch schedule for finished goods, coordinating with planners, transporters, and the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.

• PM Store Management:

  Receive packaging materials, check their quality, store them properly, and issue them when required.

• Warehouse Management:

  Operate and maintain automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) and ensure regular care and upkeep of stacker cranes.

• Material Flow System Management:

  Supervise conveyors, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), shuttle cars, and forklifts, ensuring they are regularly checked and serviced.

• Inventory Management:

  Compare actual packaging material stock at the plant with system records to maintain accurate inventory data.

• Cost Management:

  Monitor supply chain expenses (SCM DFOH) and ensure operations stay within budget.

• Purchase Order Coordination:

  Work with vendors and internal teams to raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely supply of materials.

• Material Reconciliation:

  Track material usage and reconcile with inventory records to prevent shortages or excess.

• Quality & Delivery Management:

  Maintain quality standards for materials and ensure deliveries meet both customer and business requirements.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including dispatch planning, warehouse management, and inventory control.
  
• Skilled in vendor coordination, purchase order management, and stakeholder communication.
  
• Attention to detail in material reconciliation and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  
• Proficiency in SAP and basic MS Office tools.
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
