Supply Chain Consultant - Design & Planning

Role Overview: You will be working as a Supply Chain Design & Planning Consultant for Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, in partnership with Flexing It. Your main mission will be focused on Supply Chain Design & Planning, ensuring that Supply Chain processes are effectively designed, implemented, and qualified in different phases of Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) to achieve customer lead time, on-time delivery, inventory health, and sales targets. You will also be responsible for functionally managing multiple regional Supply Chain Planning & Logistics teams across various projects and geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the Logistic Offer definition by building and challenging key Customer Logistic Offer elements with Marketing, impacting the Supply Chain architecture definition to balance customer requirements with Supply Chain capabilities and costs. - Select, adapt, and implement Upstream / Downstream Supply Chain Architecture by defining logistics and SC planning parameters and flows, optimizing flows throughout the end-to-end Supply Chain, coordinating master data creation/updates, contributing to supplier selection, and making Make-or-Buy decisions with SC cost & service evaluation, and formalizing and validating Logistic Terms & Conditions. - Drive Supply Chain performance to project targeted level by building and driving the launch for Finished Goods (FG) & components, organizing and following the post-sell performance review, providing visibility of the project in the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Process, managing the Offer review instance, and transferring responsibility from project mode to operations. - Build and drive the Global Substitution Plan and Product Work Package (New & Old Range) by animating ramp-up and/or ramp-down plan definition and execution, ensuring detailed follow-up with regions, and executing the plan to minimize scrap risk. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning including forecasting, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), and production planning. - Experience with Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes. - Proficiency in Kinaxis or similar Supply Chain planning tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. - Strong background in flow design, supplier selection, and cost optimization. - Experience in ramp-up/ramp-down management and maintaining inventory health. - Solid project management and cross-regional leadership skills. - Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable working in global, multi-regional, multi-lingual environments.,
