• Understand and propose the best supply solutions (business flow, Lead Time, procurement solutions, MOQ…)
• Alignment on BOM Management with the Technical Direction team & the FG Supply team.
• Align Component Procurement & Business needs by horizon (Strategic, Tactical, Operational, Executive)
• Prepare for next season ( Securing Component orders with DDP, Safety stock buildup)
• I manage my purchase proposal and guarantee purchase orders accurate data on the system through strong collaboration with other DPPs or external suppliers
• I optimize the stock level of my components to fulfill my customers' needs by supplying the right amount of CPT at the right time for FG production, following the agreed Supply Method.
• I identify stock discrepancies and wrong consumptions, and I take the necessary steps to minimize the cost losses
• Work on Component Pricing every semester inline with Supplier DPP prices & Logistics Data
• Manage orders & ensure timely delivery to the FG Factories from the Warehouse.
• I proactively communicate any potential delays in order management to the concerned people (FG team, SCM, etc.)
• Implement & follow right amount of material stock at right time for FG production
• Adapt the warehouse space to match with the future needs in alignment with the W/H team.
• Coordinate with the W/H team on all timely Inwards & Outbound dispatches to FG factories Location: Near Shirwal, Maharashtra at the supplier Place (Onsite & Hybrid). Willing to travel at least 3 times a week at supplier place to manage the required Job.
