Description:

• Preparation Purchase requisition & purchase Orders for Import, Coordination for Material Manufacturing and Expiry details for material import.
• Daily Monitoring and follow-ups on with CFA on Pending orders.
• Help / Assistance in Customs clearance on arrival of shipments.

Coordination

ADC sheet Preparation

BOEs

Payment coordination with treasury

• On receipt or arrival of stocks coordination transporter & warehouse & E -way Bill.
• Monitoring on stocks storage and GRN activity at warehouse.
• Required changes in order, if any

Order Punching

Order update & Release coordination with AHPL finance Team

• Packing Material Ordering of Dry Ice, monitoring and controlling on Packaging material
• Monthly Vendor bills checking and verification
• Verification on invoiced and physical stocks
• Coordination with Transporter for dispatch

E-way Bills

AWBs

Follow-ups on delivery at NACO sites

Acknowledgement / CRC from Customers

• Monthly MIS and Reporting
• Other routine activities in AHPL operations, Stocks Review & requirements.

Additional Details :

Designation - Supply Chain Associate / Officer

Experience – 3 to 4 years

Qualification – Any graduate

Gender – Male/ Female

Industry – Pharma, FMCG or any related industry

Work location - BKC

Working days - 5 Days

Work timings - 9:30am To 5:30pm

Communication – Fluency in English

Candidate should be well versed with Excel & SAP

Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
