Supply Chain Associate

Role Overview: You are applying for the position of Supply Chain Associate at Croma, located in Nelamangala. As a full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to communication, customer service, inventory management, supply chain management, and procurement on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain an inventory of all incoming and outgoing shipments - Review and verify product details like price, weight, and other labelling essentials - Maintain a digital database of all shipment details using SAP/WMS - Perform cycle counts and physical inventories as needed; Investigate and report any discrepancies - Follow industry best practices and safety standards - Manage the logistics system by properly organizing all products and entering relevant details - Collaborate with local teams and language familiarity (Kannada) is a plus Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field - Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant warehouse setting - Experience with supply chain software such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, etc - Working knowledge of MS Office Utilities - Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to work on rotational shifts Note: The company Croma, a brand of Infiniti Retail Ltd., is a leading consumer durables and electronics retailer in India with over 540 stores across 200-plus cities.
