About the Role

Supply Chain Associate

12-month renewable contract (third-party payroll through CIEL HR Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities: RFQ floating, supplier selection, negotiation, and PO placement.
  
• Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and update status reports.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations) for inspections, GRN preparation & inwarding of materials.
  
• Support cost reduction & value optimization across supply chain.
  
• Prepare project summaries & MIS reports.
  
• Maintain documentation & records (Excel, JDE/SAP).
  
• Build & maintain vendor relationships with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial preferred) from reputed university with good academic record.

• Experience:

  23 years in procurement or supply chain.

• Skills:

  Strong negotiation, vendor management, MS Excel, ERP (JDE/SAP), knowledge of engineering materials & processes.

• Age:

  Around 25–30 years.
