Job Description: Off-Roll Supplier Quality Engineer – Electric LCV Location: Hosur Role Summary: Support quality assurance of EV components used in Electric LCV production by managing incoming inspection, supplier audits, and defect resolution. Key Responsibilities: Inspect incoming EV components (battery, motor, controller, harness, chassis). Conduct supplier audits and verify process controls. Analyze defects and drive corrective & preventive actions. Maintain inspection records, NCRs, and supplier quality reports. Coordinate with production, purchase, and engineering teams. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile. 1–3 years in Supplier Quality/Incoming Quality (EV/Auto preferred). Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA & measurement tools.
