Job Description

Supplier Quality (Development) Engineer (SQE) As Supplier Quality Engineer at Bollfilter India, you are a team player with leadership qualities within strategic Supplier Development. You will carry out qualifications of nationally based suppliers and will also deal with complaints on a day-to-day basis by performing root cause analyses and implementing preventive and risk mitigation measures. Job Responsibilities · Lead product & process qualifications at suppliers · Conduct onsite assessment of potential suppliers · Developing, coordinating and implementing supplier development strategies · Monitoring supplier quality performance, analysing quality incidents and risks and implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures · Planning and conducting regular supplier audits · Initiating and implementing quality improvement programs for suppliers · Participate and monitor the supplier APQP process · Incorporating purchasing-related aspects into the product development process, promoting early supplier involvement and ensuring that supplier feedback is considered in product definition Professional Experience & Education · Degree in a Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering. · (min. 5 years) of professional experience in the areas of supplier quality management or manufacturing (preferably in Machining industry) · Ability to develop suppliers to meet global OEM regulations and requirements · Experience in supplier evaluation and development, continuous quality improvement, and open issues management · Good understanding of APQP / PPAP requirements including Process Control Plan, SPC, GD&T, DFMEA, PFMEA · Willingness to travel, nationally. · Fluent English skills Skills & Competencies · Hands on mentality with a proactive approach to identify and avoid problems in an early stage · Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies. · Strong technical, engineering and communication skills. · Master in organizational & project management skills and demonstrated effectiveness to lead and collaborate with cross functional / global teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 10/09/2025
