Technical / Functional Skills:

• Working knowledge of freon based machine.
• Operation knowledge of mechanical and pneumatics machine and equipment.
• SAP knowledge,5's Kaizen.
• Refrigeration plant based operation skills.
• effective supervisory skills.

• Fault finding during production and assessing need of spare parts.
• Performing planned and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• To undertake effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary and to develop spare for equipment.
• To undertake effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary and to ensure that resources are used up to optimum level.
• To understand and operate in line with relevant guidelines, company policies and procedures along with healthy and safety rules and regulations.
• To complete, maintain accuracy, timely documentation and records as required by the business.
• To maintain the required standards of housekeeping and to support other teams and functions as required.
• To undertake self-development activities as required by the business also any other tasks or duties as required by your superior.
• To contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the company.
• Liaise with coordinator to establish requirements and develop automation in plant.
• To maintain mechanical equipment' and machineries in a more efficient way for zero breakdown.

• Should be ready to sign a bond.

• Preferred Industry : Ice cream/ Food /Dairy /FMCG/Pharmaceuticals,etc.
