The right candidate will have proven leadership skills, the ability to manage teams effectively, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the unit. Key Responsibilities ✅ Supervise and coordinate workers on the production floor ✅ Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and on time ✅ Maintain discipline, punctuality, and quality standards ✅ Provide training and guidance to workers as needed ✅ Report progress and challenges to management ✅ Support operational goals with a safe and organized workplace What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (manufacturing/production preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage workforce issues effectively Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Work Details & Benefits 💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month 🕘 Timings: Full-time role in production house 🎁 Benefits: PF & ESIC after 3 months of employment Permanent position after 3 months (based on performance) Overtime pay available
