Supervisor/Incharge

The supervisor coordinates between factory teams, site teams, and management to achieve project targets. Key Responsibilities Factory Responsibilities ;Supervise daily UPVC window and door fabrication activities (cutting, welding, cleaning, assembly, glazing). Monitor machine operation (welding machines, cutting saws, corner cleaning machines, etc.). Ensure all production follows approved drawings and technical specifications. Conduct quality checks at every stage of the production process. Maintain production schedules and coordinate material availability with stores. Implement and monitor health & safety standards inside the factory. Train workers on fabrication techniques and machine handling. Reduce production errors, wastage, and improve efficiency. Site Responsibilities Supervise installation teams at the project site. Coordinate material delivery and ensure correct items reach the site on time. Ensure installation is completed according to technical drawings, levels, and quality standards. Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve site issues. Prepare daily site progress reports. Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools and PPE. Conduct final inspection and handover of completed work. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in UPVC fabrication and installation supervision. Strong technical knowledge of UPVC profiles, hardware, and accessories. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and site installation plans. Good leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting). Valid driving license (preferred).
