Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Analyze customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software applications.
Experience working in an international BPO/IT enabled services environment is preferred.
