Supervisor( Rice Mill)

The Rice Mill Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the rice mill, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and managing the workforce to achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all rice milling operations including cleaning, de-husking, polishing, grading, and packaging.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production output and quality parameters to meet company standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower as per production requirements.
• Maintain production reports, raw material usage, and stock records.
• Implement safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures within the mill.
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished products.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in rice mill operations or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of rice milling processes and machinery.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle a team of workers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
