Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supervisor QA/QC to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes in the organization.
Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues and ensure product integrity.
Train and mentor QA/QC staff in best practices and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality metrics and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using quality control tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
DAE & QC Certifications CSWIP/API/NDT.
05 to 08 years of experience on relevant QA/QC position of Plant Maintenance & Shutdowns (Static Equipment).
