Supervisor - HR Systems Solution

You have an exciting opportunity to join McDonalds as a Supervisor, HR Systems (Functional Solutions Specialist - Talent Acquisition) in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing innovative recruitment policies, overseeing the McHire recruiting platform, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with HR partners to enhance the McHire recruitment processes - Work with the Workforce Analytics team on reporting and analytics needs McHire Talent Acquisition Delivery: - Implement innovative recruitment policies to attract top talent - Act as the primary business owner for the McHire recruiting platform - Support the recruitment solutions strategy and ensure system expertise McHire Talent Acquisition System & Process Management: - Assess the effectiveness of recruitment policies and processes - Identify and implement platform improvements as needed - Analyze recruitment data to track success and ensure compliance Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field - Experience in Human Resources or HR Systems - Experience in multinational corporations with complex structures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of learning & development trends and regulations - Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications: - Expertise in HR Systems - Technical knowledge in HR Systems - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Understanding of HR compliance and data privacy regulations - Strong business acumen and continuous improvement mindset If you are a self-starter with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth through people, we encourage you to apply for this role.
