Job Introduction: Job Title: Security Supervisor Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Company: G4S Secure Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Area Officer / Operations Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Security Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day security operations at client sites in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the security domain, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, discipline, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel at assigned sites. Ensure proper deployment, discipline, grooming, and conduct of security guards. Conduct daily briefings, roll calls, and surprise checks at the site. Maintain site registers, incident reports, duty rosters, and attendance records. Ensure that all security protocols and SOPs are strictly followed. Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s security-related queries and concerns. Handle emergencies such as thefts, fire, accidents, or medical situations in a prompt and effective manner. Train and guide new guards on site-specific duties and security procedures. Submit daily and periodic reports to the management. Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a reputed security agency). Prior experience in supervising large teams. Background in armed forces, police, or paramilitary service (preferred but not mandatory). Must be physically fit and medically cleared. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Good verbal and written communication in Hindi, Telugu, and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word for report generation). Excellent observational and crisis-handling ability. Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV operations, and fire safety equipment. Eligibility Criteria: Age: 28–45 years Education: Minimum 10th pass; preference for candidates with higher education or diploma in security management. Height: Minimum 5’6” (may vary as per client requirement) No criminal background; police verification mandatory.
