Job Description

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead and support maintenance teams across electrical and hydraulic domains.
Understand and drive progress toward departmental KPIs.
Prepare and manage work schedules for all three shifts.
Ensure team efficiency, safety, and high operational standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
Provide on-site technical support during breakdowns and planned maintenance.
Conduct root cause analysis for electrical and mechanical failures and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
Manage spare parts inventory and material procurement follow-up.
Supervise contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
Provide technical training and mentoring to maintenance personnel.
Assist in machine erection, installation, and commissioning activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
Strong background in electrical engineering with a valid Electrical C-License.
Proven experience in troubleshooting CNC machines, including servo drives and motors.
Analytical skills to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
Working knowledge of utility systems like DG sets and air compressors.
Hands-on experience with low voltage switchgear, LT/HT panels, and VCB panels.
Excellent team leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
