We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Engineer Electrical with expertise in rubber processing machinery, particularly Internal Mixers and Extruders. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 7 years of experience in customer service, technical support, and commissioning of heavy machinery. Knowledge of hydraulic systems for troubleshooting is also required. This role requires a dynamic professional who can work closely with customers to ensure optimal equipment performance and deliver excellent service. Roles and Responsibilities: Testing of Capital Equipment: Conduct rigorous testing of electrical capital equipment, ensuring that all results adhere to specified standards and meet customer requirements. Service and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that may arise during equipment testing or usage. Perform servicing and maintenance on key parts to ensure optimum performance and longevity. Panel Inspection and Testing: Proficiently inspect and test electrical panels to guarantee their quality, safety, and functionality. Commissioning: Participate in the commissioning process of capital equipment at customer sites, ensuring a successful and efficient setup. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to electrical equipment. Travel: Be willing to travel to customer sites for equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, as required. SAP and CRM Knowledge: Utilize SAP and CRM systems efficiently to manage customer interactions, track service requests, and maintain comprehensive records. Expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drive & Control Devices, Motor, Panel, and Hydraulics: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the operation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical components and systems. Competency Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. Electrical) or a Diploma in Electrical. Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in testing, commissioning, and servicing electrical capital equipment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drive & Control Devices, Motor, Panel, and hydraulics systems. Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and support customers effectively. Proficiency in English and Hindi for communication with diverse customer bases. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across India for on-site support and project implementation. SAP and CRM Familiarity: Knowledge and experience in utilizing SAP and CRM systems for managing customer interactions and service requests. Accountability: Timeliness: Ensure on-time commissioning of equipment and adherence to project timelines. Ensure that all equipment testing is conducted, and results meet organizational standards. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely, effective service and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Database Management: Regularly update and maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions, service records, and technical documentation.
