Job Description

A Supervisor is responsible for managing a team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring work meets quality and productivity standards by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training. Key duties include implementing company policies, resolving conflicts, coordinating schedules, acting as a liaison between employees and upper management, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management & Development:Assign tasks, direct work, provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and offer training and mentorship to support team development.
  • Operational Oversight:Manage daily activities to ensure smooth operations, monitor workflow, and ensure that goals are met within set deadlines and quality standards.
  • Policy & Procedure Enforcement:Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Communication & Liaison:Serve as the primary link between frontline employees and upper management, relaying information and addressing concerns.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution:Address employee issues, resolve workplace conflicts, and find solutions to problems that arise within the team or department.
  • Planning & Scheduling:Coordinate work schedules, assign jobs, and determine resource needs to optimize productivity.
