Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 9 years of experience to lead our Source to Pay Area Team in the Supply Chain Services function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent leadership and team management skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead a team of procurement professionals to deliver day-to-day operations effectively. Drive team performance towards achieving targets and SLAs impacting stakeholders. Provide critical support in driving PO compliance at regional or category-specific levels. Promote best practices to ensure compliance with team standards. Foster positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coach and mentor direct reports, ensuring performance agreements and development plans are in place. Address poor behavior and performance in a consistent, timely, and fair manner, maintaining EY standards and award recognition to high performers who make a difference. Manage appraisals, feedback, and develop career plans for individuals in the team. Champion and role model EY & S2SE team values while proactively developing a positive culture in the team and wider business by maintaining consistency with EY Values and Behaviors. Produce regular reports and statistics on team performance against set SLAs. Maintain thorough records (Play books, SOPs, Process charts, etc.) for proper and efficient documentation. Liaise between suppliers, requestors, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class services and solutions. Support the leadership team in driving business development objectives and targets. ### Job Requirements Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Bachelor’s degree required; procurement and supply chain-related certifications are a plus. Experience in team management, preferably in virtual/global teams. Extensive knowledge of procurement and S2SE operations in offshore and captive industries. Possess a lean process management mindset to improve service delivery, process efficiency, automation, and innovation. Expertise in English; proficiency in other foreign languages is beneficial. Knowledge of SAP SRM, ECC, VIM, and Ariba Network is preferred. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to handle global interactions. Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with external third parties and internal stakeholders. Display good interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflict situations satisfactorily. Be able to organize work independently and possess excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and good business acumen.
