Job Description

To assist the PM & other project team members to execute Detailed Engineering and FEED job in a project. Support department to establish the and Update procedures and standards
Performing Simulation studies and developing Heat & Mass Balance sheet

Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations
Sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines
Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines
Estimation of Power load
Preparation of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual
Preparation of PFD, P&ID
Preparation of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram
Preparation of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments
Guiding Project management team on emergency
Forecasting deliverables affect the schedule

Simulation, Analysis, Flare and Blowdown Report, Control, shutdown start-up and isolation philosophy documents, Basis of Design, P&ID, Critical equipment/instrument datasheet, etc
