Job Purpose/ Summary

Support RM Mechanical Maintenance Operations

Job Title

SUP-RM-Mech Maint-Steel Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance : To analyze the types of breakdown and to identify the needs for preventive & Predictive actions. Material Management : To ensure that all the non–conforming materials and maintenance waste are suitably disposed offTo ensure that equipment wise history cards are updated to keep track of future course of action with in the budgetary frame work. Stock Availability : To ensure the buffer stock for healthy & continuous equipment availability. To co–ordinate with the concerned department in respect of optimal utility of the suppliers / maintenance job workers. Record Keeping : To ensure that the proper records are maintained as per ISO standards at all stages of maintenance. To monitor proper functioning of all pollution control devices/water sprinklers To implement condition monitoring system of the equipment

Principal Accountabilities

Follow & incorporate preventive maintenance schedule for the whole year. Effective Management of all maintenance related work in shift for smooth operation. Safety of Man , machine and compliance to applicable safety standards
