3. Handled configurations/updates to ONB Panels, pdf forms, Custom Forms, Notification, Onboaridng Task, New Hire Activities and experience in On/Offboarding Configuration understanding its feasibilities and limitations.
4. Must have work on Onboarding, Off-boarding and Cross-boarding modules.
5. Should have mandatory experience/knowledge about integrations from RCM – ONB – EC
6. Knowledge of integration of ServiceNow/ Document Mangement system (open text) with Onboarding & Offboardong
7. Good expereince in ONB 2.0 – Story reports and Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements
8. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
9. Conduct strategy sessions with custom by identifying the client's current process and future state needs
10. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
11. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
Knowledge of any other module like Recruiting, EC etc. is an added advantage

Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
