Job Description

This is 6 months contractual role which is renewable basis on performance

Role & responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Subscription Revenue Growth:

  • Work towards overall subscription revenue growth by 25% YOY
  • Work towards subscription revenue growth by each agent by 5% YOY
  • Subscription Customers:

  • Expand subscription customers portfolio by identifying, outreaching, and subsequently closing orders from new institutes/hospitals/research centres/govt entities in India.
  • Expand subscription customers portfolio by identifying, outreaching, and subsequently closing orders from new institutes/hospitals/research centres/govt entities in selected foreign countries.
  • Renew subscription orders of the existing institutional subscribers.
  • Conduct regular calls/online meetings with both potential and existing customers.
  • Stakeholder Coordination, Email Communication and MIS:

  • Acknowledge all emails/communications from customers and agents within 24 working hours.
  • Coordinate with customers, agents, internal teams, and vendors to address concerns and requirements raised by the clients and agents within stipulated timeline.
  • Perform regular follow ups with the concerned stakeholders for any open matters.
  • Maintain tracker of all key Subscription related tasks and share weekly summary report with the Manager.
  • Assist Publishing team with any additional projects, initiatives, and any other related tasks as and when is assigned.
  • Quotation, Invoicing, Refund, and other Accounts Related Tasks:

  • Share quotation with customers and agents within stipulated time.
  • Share invoice with customers and agents within stipulated time.
  • Amend quotation and invoice as per customer and agents request as and when is required.
  • Coordinate with Accounts team for processing refund and payment adjustment request from customers and agents.
  • Maintain relevant tracker and report.
  • Marketing, Promotion, Process Improvement, and Innovation:

  • Work closely with Marketing team to perform various marketing & promotional activities through various channels pertaining to Subscription.
  • Work towards process enhancement and implementing new process/innovation for better outcome.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business management, Sales, Commerce or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in call centre, customer service, Sales, and business development.
  • Strong Tele Calling / Tele Sales, experience would be preferred.

  • Excellent communication skill (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skill.
  • Result oriented, flexible, problem solving and team player.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
