Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Banking to contribute to the development of high-quality educational and training content. The SME will provide deep expertise in banking concepts, regulatory frameworks, financial products, operations, risk management, and digital banking trends. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, relevance, and clarity of content for learners, professionals, or internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review content related to core and advanced banking topics (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking, banking laws, financial instruments, risk & compliance).
• Collaborate with instructional designers, content writers, and trainers to create training modules, e-learning content, assessments, case studies, and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest banking regulations, RBI guidelines, digital banking innovations, and industry practices.
• Provide expert-level insights and validate the accuracy and quality of academic, corporate, or certification-based content.
• Conduct webinars, internal training sessions, or client presentations as needed.
• Support in designing curriculum for banking certification or upskilling programs (e.g., JAIIB, CAIIB, NISM, etc.).
• Offer guidance on practical applications and real-world banking scenarios to make content industry-relevant.
• Participate in regular review meetings and contribute ideas to improve content and delivery mechanisms.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong understanding of banking products, operations, financial regulations, and customer service norms.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
