Job Title: Subject Matter Expert-Finance & Accounting

Location:

Work Days & Work Hours: 6 Days-

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to design and develop high-quality, comprehensive course content that aligns with learning objectives, industry standards, and best practices for professional and educational programs like US CPA, US CMA, US Enrolled Agent, US CIA, US CISA, UK IFRS, UK ACCA, US GAAP, US Taxation, FRM, CFA etc.
Incorporate interactive elements, case studies, and practical examples to facilitate effective learning.
Design instructional strategies that enhance the learning experience and cater to diverse learning style
Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and changes to ensure course content remains current and relevant. Also, collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to gather insights and ensure accuracy.
Conduct thorough reviews and edits to ensure the highest quality standards in terms of clarity, coherence, and instructional effectiveness. • Implement feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts to improve content quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Fully qualified CA/ US CPA/ ACCA.
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise content.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Salary: depending on experience and technical interview. Hike as per market standards.
