Role Overview:

Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and lead a diverse team of

  counsellors, sales professionals, visa documentation experts, and managers

  .
• Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly enrolment targets.
• Develop strategic alliances with

  international universities, colleges, and academic institutions

  .
• Organize and facilitate visits from

  university delegates

  and support tie-up activities.
• Oversee the end-to-end counselling process, from profile evaluation to visa guidance.
• Maintain and enhance service quality and student satisfaction throughout the admission journey.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate the performance of the branch team to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Ensure accurate reporting and use of CRM tools for effective lead and data management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience

  in overseas education counselling, with at least

  1–2 years in a team lead or senior counsellor role

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  international admissions

  ,

  SOP/LOR writing

  , and

  visa processes

  for the

  UK, USA, Ireland, Germany (Public Universities)

  , and other

  European/Schengen countries

  .
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent

• Comfortable with
