Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Documentation Specialist at our Kozhikode location. The role involves assisting clients with complete documentation for study abroad applications, including compiling, verifying, and preparing necessary documents. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their individual requirements, coordinating with various institutions and embassies, processing visa applications, providing updates on application status, and ensuring compliance with documentation regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in documentation and process management, including attention to detail and timely completion of paperwork.
• Proficiency in client coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills for clear and professional client interactions.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple documentation cases efficiently under deadlines.
• Knowledge of visa application procedures, embassy dealings, and legal translation is an advantage.
• Adept at utilizing technology tools and software for documentation purposes.
• High-level problem-solving skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn about evolving immigration and study abroad processes.
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred; familiarity with the education or travel industry is a plus.
