Studio & Event Operations Manager

We’re hiring an Event & Studio Operations Manager to take charge of both studio preparations and on-ground execution at our live gifting stations. This is a hands-on role requiring organization, energy, and a helping nature.

In the Studio (Pre-Event):

- Organize raw materials, bases, labels & packaging.

- Maintain packing lists, inventory, and accuracy.

- Coordinate with the studio team to prepare event kits on time.

- Keep the team motivated while ensuring efficiency.

- Work with Excel, data, and task management to stay organized.

At Events (On-Ground Execution):

- Travel with the team to set up live gifting stations.

- Ensure displays are beautifully decorated and guest-ready.

- Communicate with clients and event managers on-site.

- Be hands-on in execution & personalization, knowing how products are made.

- Build team spirit with positivity and a forthcoming, helping nature.

- Wrap up smoothly and ensure safe return of materials.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong skills in operations, planning, and customer service.

- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Excel & data-driven management.

- Prior experience in operations or event management.

- Bachelor’s Degree
