Studio & Event Operations Manager

You are in need of an Event & Studio Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing studio preparations and on-ground execution at live gifting stations. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, high energy levels, and a supportive demeanor. In the pre-event studio phase, your responsibilities will include organizing raw materials, bases, labels, and packaging, as well as maintaining packing lists, inventory, and accuracy. You will need to collaborate with the studio team to ensure timely preparation of event kits, motivate the team while ensuring efficiency, and utilize tools like Excel for data and task management. During on-ground execution at events, you will travel with the team to set up live gifting stations, ensure that displays are attractively decorated and guest-ready, communicate effectively with clients and event managers on-site, actively participate in execution and personalization, and foster team spirit through positivity and a helpful attitude. Additionally, you will be in charge of wrapping up operations smoothly and ensuring the safe return of materials. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong skills in operations, planning, and customer service, excellent communication and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Excel and data-driven management, prior experience in operations or event management, and holds a Bachelor's Degree.,
