• Graphics & Promotions Management:

  Leading the graphics and on-air promotions teams. Conceptualizing impactful graphic layouts and video promos for major events such as

  General Elections

• Team Supervision & Mentorship:

  Shift supervisor for prime time show producers. Acting as a

  trainer and mentor

  for new producers and directors, nurturing talent and driving quality.
