Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Student Support & Admission Officer is located in Chhindwara. The individual will provide guidance and support to students and their families regarding admissions, address inquiries, assist with the application process, and ensure a smooth admission experience. Responsibilities include managing customer engagements, coordinating with the admissions team, and maintaining detailed records while fostering a positive relationship with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members.
Familiarity and experience with International Admissions and related processes.
Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Proven Customer Service skills to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Knowledge and experience in the education sector or academic admissions processes.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Organizational skills and a student-centric approach are highly valued.
