Student Support & Admission Officer

You will be joining Aakash Educational Services Ltd. (AESL) as a Student Support & Admission Officer (SSAO) in Indore. Your main responsibilities will include counselling, enrolling, onboarding, and ensuring a delightful journey for our students. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to revenue generation through selling/upselling/cross-selling educational courses. - Collect outstanding fees from parents. - Ensure a smooth student journey from start to end. - Provide excellent customer service experience. - Adhere to internal processes and compliances. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (BTech/MBA/Masters in Psychology/Education preferred). - 2-7 years of experience in counselling educational services or B2C sales. - Strong sales persuasion skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software related to Sales & Services. - Fluency in English and regional language.
