Job Summary Purpose – Student Success Manager is responsible for taking care of end to end process of students recruitment cycle (application to visa processing) Performance Metrics Students enrollment, conversion of applications to student recruitment, actual registration of students Follow-up to conversion as per leads (category wise) Relationship Management post admissions Responsibilities and Duties Key Responsibilities – Strategic Should have good knowledge of sending students to European Countries Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies overseas. Hands on experience in Filing Visa Applications with the respective embassies. Applying to various universities/colleges overseas. Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company. Maintaining records of students counselled and applications sent to overseas. Liaising with students, other offices Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets. Committed to work on long term Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language. An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
