Student Relationship Officer

We are a renowned institute in Kolkata dedicated to shaping future leaders by delivering top-notch Digital Marketing guidance. We're currently looking for a Student Relationship Officer who will be the first point of contact for students and ensure an enriching, supportive, and seamless student journey with us. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with students through regular interaction and support. Act as a bridge between students and the academic/administration departments. Address student queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and professionally. Guide students on course structures, schedules, career support, and institute resources. Assist in student onboarding and orientation programs. Monitor student satisfaction and proactively resolve issues affecting their experience. Coordinate with faculty and counselors for timely intervention and support. Maintain accurate records of student communication and updates. Participate in events, seminars, and open-house activities to represent the student support wing. Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Communication, or related fields). 1-2+ year of experience in student relationship management, or academic administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi , English and Bengali. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy-driven approach. Problem-solving attitude with a student-first mindset. Ability to multitask and handle pressure during academic cycles. Preferred Skills Prior experience in an educational setup. Familiarity with CRM tools or student management systems. Basic understanding of the education ecosystem in Kolkata.
