Student Outreach Executive

Join MEDJEEX Institute as a Student Outreach Executive (Intern/Part-time Field Role) and be part of our mission to guide JEE/NEET aspirants towards success.

Our area has over 20,000 JEE/NEET students, many of whom are struggling to perform well in their current institutes. MEDJEEX is here to help them with India’s top faculty — including star teachers who have produced Rank 1.
Your job will be to reach out to such students, motivate them, and invite them for a 1–2 day free demo session at our center. If they like our teaching, you’ll guide them and their parents toward taking admission.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with JEE/NEET aspirants in your local area (face-to-face).
• Understand their current preparation challenges and motivate them with the right guidance.
• Invite them for demo classes at the MEDJEEX center.
• Accompany interested students to the institute for demo sessions.
• Encourage them to bring their parents for counseling and admission.
• Report daily activity and leads to the center manager.

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
• Incentives:
• ₹100 for every student brought to the center
• ₹1,000 for every confirmed admission
• Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹10,000–₹20,000+ based on performance
