We are looking for a smart, energetic, and student-friendly Receptionist & Counsellor to join our front office and counselling team. You will be the first point of contact for walk-ins and inquiries, and will play a key role in guiding students and parents through our NEET, JEE, and Foundation programs. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Handle all incoming calls, messages, and email queries related to admissions and course information. Provide detailed counselling about our NEET, JEE & Foundation programs, course structures, and teaching methodologies. Understand the academic background and needs of students and suggest suitable programs accordingly. Maintain and manage front desk operations, student inquiry logs, and appointment schedules. Follow up with leads, manage CRM entries, and ensure timely communication. Support the admission team in form filling, fee collection, and enrollment formalities. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for students. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any field. 0–3 years of experience in counselling, reception, or front office roles (EdTech/Coaching background preferred). Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets, CRM software). Pleasant personality, student-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of NEET/JEE/Foundation exams and student concerns is a bonus.
