Job Description

Provide information about the institute’s educational programs to students and parents through in-person counselling, phone calls, and emails.
Support the admission process by guiding students from enquiry to enrolment.
Assist in fee follow-ups and ensure payments are completed within the required timelines.
Maintain accurate records and handle day-to-day administrative tasks for smooth student operations.
Offer helpful and polite customer service by addressing student and parent queries quickly and professionally.
Follow all internal policies and maintain confidentiality of student information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
